Maldives Beach Attire

Another day spent at the beach calls for some new dresses to be worn. Today we had a quite chilled day which though started with a Yoga session at 6am in the morning. Waking up was really difficult since we've been sleeping in the past few days. But once there and done the warm up it felt super good being active again.

A Yoga session either at 6am or 6pm is just one of the many activities The Residence Maldives offers. More about that in another post though. Today's look features my current favorite dress which I've had for quite some time and have finally been able to wear. It's one piece from Farina's collection for Na-kd.com. Super boohoo and feminine with big bell sleeves. Also always my partner in crime these days is the super cute fedora hat which is not only really cool but also practical in the heat of the Maldives. I added a few accessories like my lovely straw bag from Mint&Berry and the comfy Mango sandals I've been living in ever since we came here. How do you like the look? Have a lovely evening!

DE: Ein neuer Tag am Strand bedeutet einen neuen Look. Heute begann unser Tag schon um 6 Uhr morgens, denn wir hatten uns am Vortag für eine Stunde Yoga angemeldet. So früh aufstehen, vor allem im Urlaub, war echt der Horror. Aber als wir dann ankamen und unsere Aufwärmübungen  gemacht hatten, fühlte es sich garnicht mehr so schlimm an. Neben einer Stunde Yoga, bietet das Resort eine Reihe anderer Aktivitäten an, von diesen erfahrt ihr jedoch in einem anderen Beitrag. Ich habe für die Reise natürlich sehr viele Kleider eingepackt und dieses tolle von Na-kd.com aus Farinas Kollektion hat es mir besonders angetan. Ich liebe den femininen boho Vibe und vor allem auch die tollen Ärmeldetails. Außerdem durfte mein Hut nicht fehlen, den trage ich hier täglich und das nicht nur aus Stylegründen...hehe. Passend dazu stylte ich meine süße Mint&Berry Tasche und die wohl gemütlichsten Sandalen von Mango EVER. Wie gefällt euch der Look? Habt einen tollen Abend!

Pool Hangs - Maldives

Starting a Monday in a pool isn't the worst way for the new week to begin with. Don't you think? Here at The Residence Maldives you can choose from a number of villas. Whether it's at the beach, over the water, with or without pool, the choice is yours. Even though we went for a beach villa without pool, we were kindly upgraded upon arrival.

So from the first night here we've been residing in a water villa WITH pool - it can't get any better than this. I'm so happy we brought our little flamingo along on this trip, it's so much more fun with him. Looking to name him now... any suggestions? :D How was your Monday?

DE: Hallo ihr Lieben! Den Montag mit einer Runde im eigenen Pool zu beginnen hat schon was. Findet ihr nicht auch? Hier in unserem Resort The Residence Maldives bietet eine Vielzahl an Villen, ob am Strand oder über dem Wasser. Wir hatten vor unserer Anreise eine Strandvilla ohne Pool gebucht. Umso glücklicher waren wir, als wir nach unserer Ankunft hier ein Upgrade bekamen. Seitdem nächtigen wir in einer Wasservilla MIT eigenen Pool! Besser geht es kaum. Morgens springen wir in den Pool und nach dem Frühstück direkt in den Ozean. Also das nenne ich mal Luxus. Dank unseres Flamingos macht der Pool noch viel mehr Spaß. Jetzt müssen wir für ihn nur noch einen Namen finden. Habt ihr irgendwelche Vorschläge? :D Wie war euer Montag?

Sundays On the Island

Happy Sunday loves! How are you? I hope you had an amazing week. We are still enjoying our honeymoon in the Maldives. It's currently all about chilling and taking in this beautiful place.

We mostly spend or days in out own pool - how cool right? The Residence Maldives is such a dreamy place and we could really stay here forever. Our over water Villa is stunning and provides the most amazing view over the water. Today we decided to order breakfast in which was the best idea ever. Enjoying breakfast on our terrace right by the pool was so relaxing. Couldn't think of a better way to start the day. Now time to explore the island a bit more and enjoy the sun. Have a lovely day!

DE: Einen wunderschönen Sonntag wünsche ich euch meine Lieben! Wie geht's euch? Ich hoffe ihr hattet eine tolle Woche. Wir genießen unsere Flitterwochen hier in der Sonne und entspannen den ganzen Tag. Die Malediven und das Resort von The Residence Maldives, sind wirklich ein wunderschöner Ort den jeder mal gesehen haben muss. Die meiste Zeit verbringen wir an unserem Pool auf unserer Terrasse. Besser geht es einfach nicht oder? Heute konnten wir sogar auf der Terrasse frühstücken, was natürlich ein super schöner Start in den Tag war. Jetzt geht es nach einer kleinen Pause in der Villa wieder raus um die Insel zu erkunden und Sonne zu tanken. Was macht ihr heute? Habt einen tollen Tag!
