Another quick check in. Still from the comfort of 'my' bed. Upon arrival at Dusseldorf International Airport, I jumped into a taxi and made my way to the super cute Sir & Lady Astor Hotel. I was warmly welcomed by the concierge. A bit of smalltalk led to the obligatory question, anyone asks whenever one travels: What's the wifi password?
Yes, I'm one of those people.

I'm now online again, have ordered a massive meal including pizza, garlic bread and cookies. That's what happens when the Hotel you're staying in, is just around the corner of Dominos.
Tomorrow it's time for the GDS x Styleranking Blogger Runway Show, which is why I am here for. Minne Knows turned Designer slash Stylist. This should be rather exciting. Stay tuned!

Important things

Just checking in with you from the comfort of my bed, watching one episode of The King of Queens after another. Is it just me or is packing always something you postpone until the very last minute (even when you are just super excited to travel again), just to realize that you probably should have started earlier, because you end up forgetting something (hopefully not the most important thing). Well here I am doing just that. Again. I should have packed this morning already instead of procrastinating and exchanging packing for food-ing/talking/meeting the bestie. Oh well, now it's almost 8pm and my suitcase is just as empty as it can get. It really is time to pack. Now!

Destination: Dusseldorf.

The perfect Trench

Hallhuber. The hunt for the perfect Trench coat has come to and end. Okay. I'm going to be honest, I already own a beige version but I simply couldn't resist to choose this perfect navy number when the lovely guys at Hallhuber approached me and asked me to style some items of their current collection.You can never go wrong with a classic Trench, whatever look you are trying to achieve. I paired it with a simple black jumper, also by Hallhuber, leather pants and my all time favorite Stan Smith sneaker. How amazing is my cute little YSL Bag? Although rather small, it fits all important items you need for a day or night out!

DE: Die Suche nach dem perfekten Trench hat endlich ein Ende. Okay, ich muss gestehen, einen beigen Trenchcoat besitze ich zwar schon, aber zu einer blauen Version meines Lieblingskleidungsstücks konnte ich nicht nein sagen.  Deshalb habe ich mir auch diesen tollen Trench von Hallhuber ausgesucht, als mir das Team vorschlug einige Teile ihrer neuen Kollektion zu stylen. Passend dazu trage ich einen schlichten schwarzen Pullover, auch von Hallhuber, eine Lederhose und meine geliebten Stan Smith Sneaker. Ich finde einen zeitlosen, klassischen Trench kann man nicht oft genug tragen, und das egal welchen Look man erzielen will.
