Review: Hi lovely people! I hope you are having a great week. I'm busy working on new posts for you and one is my weekly update. Last week was chilled, a mix of work and a lot of hanging out with some of my favorite people.
On Monday I still pretty much had to recover from Fashion Week. During the week I met up with my dear Alice and also spent a lot of time scheduling my next few months and also researching some sunny destination for upcoming holiday trips. I'm still dreaming about a few weeks in Asia, maybe Thailand or Indonesia. But I'll keep you posted on that. Thursday was then reserved for some sports with Adidas at the Launch of a special new shoe. More on that in my Event of the week part. Even though I don't look forward to weekend as much since I work from home every day of the week and am quite flexible on how I organize my time, it's always nice to get some time with Chris without him having to wake up super the next day. So this weekend we had a lovely dinner on Friday just the two of us, Saturday was girls time and on Sunday we were invited by our lovely friends for original Austrian cuisine. The amazing 3 course dinner was from another world. Oh and don't let me start to talk about the wine...Event of the week: As already mentioned on Thursday I was invited to the Adidas Runbase for the Launch of the new PureBoost X shoe for women. The Runbase located just 10 minutes form my apartment offers a variety of classes to workout and the new PureBoost X shoe is the perfect companion for running and working out. On the night of the event we also had some classes scheduled including sessions with Topmodel Lena Gercke. I had a great night and can't wait to try the Rubase next week. If you are into running and sports in general make sure to check the space out.
New In: I actually have a couple of new items in my wardrobe. Number one are my all time favorite Boots from Topshop which were super hard to get. They were sold everywhere online and there wa son way to get them in Berlin since the only Topshop (in KaDeWe) didn't even stock them. Luckily I have the best friends in London. After I found out that Topshop on Oxford Street still had a pair in my size my friend went their and picked them up for me. She then sent them to Berlin and I seriously couldn't wait to receive them. They arrived super fast and even looked more amazing in reality. I'm super happy to have spent some more money on a pair of boots I really love. Also don't they just remind you of the Givenchy ones? Only difference they are not half as expensive hehe My second new wardrobe item is the lovely Jumper I got from Otto that you already saw in my first Berlin Fashion Week look. I won't say much other than I really love the soft feel of it and the fun pattern. You'll see it in an upcoming advertorial. So stay tuned!
Plans: I feel like the weekend is just around the corner again and I can't wait of it because we will be away visiting out friends in the western part of Germany. Long nights are planned, having delicious food, meeting new people and spending time with our lovely friends we haven't seen since summer last year. During the day we'll probably explore the town a bit and before coming back to Berlin they have even planned a Winter BBQ party for us. I really look forward to a chilled weekend with friends. Rückblick: Hallo meine Lieben! Ich hoffe ihr habt bisher eine tolle Woche. Ich bin damit beschäftigt neue Advertorials vorzubereiten und einer davon ist natürlich mein Weekly Update der letzten Woche. Die vergangene Woche war ein Mix aus Entspannung und Arbeit. Montag musste ich mich noch vom Stress der Fashion Week erholen. Danach nutzte ich meine Zeit um mich mal wieder mit Freunden zu treffen, unter anderem zum Lunch mit meiner lieben Alice. Außerdem schwärmte sie wieder so von Asien, dass ich wieder so richtig Lust bekam zu verreisen und mich ausgiebig mit Asien beschäftige. Auf meiner Bucket List stehen nach wie vor Thailand, Vietnam und Indonesien ganz weit oben. Vielleicht klappt es ja noch diese Jahr eine der Destinationen zu besuchen. Ich werd euch Inletten Fall auf dem Laufenden halten. Am Donnerstag war dann nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit mal wieder Sport angesagt, denn Adidas lud mich zu Launch den neuen PureBoost X Schuhs in die Runbase ein. Mehr erfahrt ihr dazu aber unten in meinem Event der Woche. Auch wenn ich recht flexibel bin was meine Zeit angeht und nicht aufs Wochenende waren muss um zum Beispiele auszuschlafen, freu mich dennoch immer, weil Chris und ich am Wochenende dann mehr Zeit zusammen haben. Letztes Wochenende verbrachten wir einen schönen Abend beim Dinner, Samstag traf ich mich dann mit den Mädels und Sonntag waren wir zum Dinner bei lieben Freunden eingeladen. Es gab original Österreicher Küche. Das herzhaftes 3-Gänge Menü war unglaublich und mit dem Wein brauche ich gar nicht anfangen...
Event der Woche: Wie schon gesagt, ging es für mich am Donnerstag zum Launch des neuen Adidas PureBoost X Schuhs für Frauen. Die Runbase befindet sich in der Nähe vom Club der Visionäre und damit nur Minuten von meinem Apartment. Täglich kann man dort Kurse belegen und natürlich auch Laufen. Und der neue PureBoost X ist der perfekte Begleiter. Am Abend des Events konnte man schon eine Kurse ausprobieren, unter anderem auch eine Session mit Lena Gercke. Ich hatte einen echt tollen Abend und bin von meinem neuen Laufschuh schlichtweg begeistert. Wenn ihr auch gerne lauft und generell sportbegeistert seid, dann schaut unbedingt mal in der Adidas Runbase vorbei.
New In: Eigentlich habe ich dieses Mal über zwei neue teile zu berichten. Nummer eins sind jedoch ohne Zweifel meine geliebten Topshop Stiefeletten die ich seit Erhalt fast täglich getragen habe. es war gar nicht so einfach an sie ranzukommen, denn als ich mich in sie verliebte musste ich leider feststellen, dass sie online in allen Größen ausverkauft waren. Vom britischen Online Store könnt eich sie mir nicht nach Berlin schicken lassen und in dem einigen Topshop Store in Berlin, nämlich im KaDeWe hat man sie nicht im Bestand. Glücklicherweise habe ich die besten Freunde in London, denn eine von ihnen machte sich nach ihrer Arbeit zum Store in der Oxford Street, um sie für mich zu kaufen. Nachdem ich online herausgefunden hatte, dass es sie dort noch in meiner Größe gibt, begab sich meine Freundin auf den Weg, kaufte mir ein Paar und schickte es nach Berlin. Das Paket kam recht schnell an und die Stiefeletten sehen live noch besser aus, als auf den Fotos. ich bin wirklich froh, das sich zugegriffen habe so lange sie noch vorrätig waren, auch wenn sie preislich nicht ganz billig waren. Jetzt besitze ich immerhin ein Paar Lederstiefeletten die ich wirklich toll finde und deshalb waren sie ihren Preis auf jeden Fall wert. Außerdem erinnern sie mich total an die Givenchy Boots von denen ich schon ewig träume. Der einzige Unterschied ist, dass sie nicht mehr als meine Miete kosten hehe Das zweite Teil das kürzlich in meinen Kleiderschrank wanderte, ist mein toller Pullover den ich bei Otto.de bestellte. Ihr habt ihn schon in meinem ersten Berlin Fashion Week Look bewundern können. Bald gibt es auch noch ein weiteres Advertorial auf dem Blog mit diesem tollen, sehr weichen Pulli.
Pläne: Mir kommt es echt vor als vergingen die Wochen wie im Flug. Bald ist schon wieder Wochenende und ich freue mich dieses Mal besonders drauf, denn wir besuchen unsere lieben Freunde in Westdeutschland. Letzten Sommer haben wir sie das letzte Mal gesehen und deshalb wird es Zeit für einen kleine Roadtrip. Ich freue mich auf lange Nächte mit tollen Leuten, leckerem essen und guten Gesprächen. tagsüber werden wir dann mal die kleine Stadt erkunden und vor unsere Abreise eist noch ein winterliches BBQ geplant. ich freue mich schon riesig!
