Review: Fashion week is far over now and I finally got around to write up my weekly review. This time it's a Berlin Fashion Weekly Update. Of course. It was a really stressful but also fun week of running from show to show, attending tons of events and shooting some outfits in between.
The weather was unbearable at times but I had a good time seeing old friends and connecting with new creatives during all the events going on. I saw the Odeur Show, went to check out Lena Hoschek, Ew Herzog, ZUKKER and Marina Hoermanseder. I skipped some shows but went to Brunch with Reichert Plus, Mastered and Edited. It was a fun week. The weekend was then reserved for a surprise anniversary party of some very good friends of ours, which ended in a night out. I then spent Sunday chilling, watching Netflix and eating at this amazing Italian place with good friends. The perfect way to recover from a busy fashion filled week.
Event of the week: Fashion Week itself was a huge event throughout the week but I what was most fun was my shoot with
BLONDE Magazine for their upcoming issue in March. Even though it was freezing and we shot mostly outside, I still had a lot of fun. I wore an ensemble that is not usually my style but I think the overall result will be great. I can't wait for the printed issue to come so I can share all of it with you. The show I enjoyed most was the new collection by Marina Hoermanseder. Simply stunning! The location was on point, the clothes were beautiful and even the music was well chosen. The show was followed by an after show party in the evening which I attended with Chris and our dear friends Jacky and Klemens. Such great night with amazing people, yummy drinks and great tunes. A-m-a-z-i-n-g!
New In: Shortly before Fashion Week began I was sent a few packages. Among other things I received these new ankle boots and faux suede leather. I got them and two other pairs (overknees boots finally) from
Ego. I wore them a lot during Fashion Week since they are quite comfortable. Thanks again to the lovely guys at Ego for gifting them to me.
Plans: Apart from catching up on Emails and a lot work that was neglected during Fashion Week, I'm this week is for catching up with friends for lunches and also attending a very cool event tomorrow evening with Puma. I haven't done sports in ages so that should be interesting. The most fun thing about it will be seeing my old friend Anja from Switzerland again and working out with Lena Gercke. Really looking forward to that! Also my sister is back from London this weekend which I'm looking forward to. Fun times! What are your plans for the rest of the week and the weekend?

Rückblick: Fashion Week ist schon lange überstanden und auch ich schaffe es nun meinen Rückblick zur stressigen aber doch sehr schönen Woche abzuliefern. Wie immer eher ungeplant bin ich von einer Show zur nächsten gehetzt (wollte ich doch dieses Mal weniger Shows besuchen haha), tanzte auf vielen Events und lichtete einige meiner Outfits für den Blog ab. Die Shows, die ich dieses Jahr besuchte waren unter anderem Odeur Studios, Lena Höschen, Ewa herzog, ZUKKER und Marina Hoermanseder. Einige ließ ich aber wie gewohnt ausfallen und ging dafür zum Brunch mit Edited.de, Frühstück mit Mastered und auch Reichert Plus PR. Alles in einem war es eine tolle Woche und trotz Stress hat es mir wieder Spaß gemacht. Am Wochenende war ich aber dann doch froh, dass ich den ganzen Trubel hinter mir hatte, denn dann feierten wir mit sehr guten Freunden ihren Hochzeitstag. Am Ende des Abends ging es noch in eine Bar und ich war erst gegen 4 Uhr morgens im Bett. daher verbachte ich den Sonntag nach leckeren Lunch beim Italiener mit guten Freunden, dann im Bett, und schaute meine Lieblingsserien auf Netflix. Ein perfekter Abschluss der turbulenten Modewoche.
Event der Woche: Auch wenn die Modewoche an sich schon ein großes Event der letzten Woche war, schaffte es das Shooting mit dem BLONDE Magazine zu meinem Highlight. Wie ich euch ja schon erzählt habe, werde ich in ihrer nächsten Ausgabe mit einigen anderen kreativen der digitalen Welt in der Social Issue erscheinen. Wir fotografierten draußen und es war unglaublich kalt, dennoch hat es Spaß gemach tun ich bin sehr auf das Ergebnis gespannt. Vor allem, weil ich ein Outfit trug, dass ich normalerweise es nie stylen würde. Also bleibt gespannt. Ich werde euch auf dem Laufenden halten. Die Show die mir diese Saison am meisten gefallen hat war die von Marina Hoermanseder. Einfach toll. Sie fand im wundervollen Kronprinzenpalais statt und abgesehen von der tollen Location, war die Kollektion ein Traum und auch die Musik passte einfach perfekt. Am Abend ging es dann noch zur Aftershow Party und der Abend mit unseren Freunden Jacky und Klemens hätte nicht toller sein können. Es gab neben leckeren Drinks, großartige Musik und viele tolle Menschen.
New In: Kurz bevor die Fashion Week losging, bekam ich wieder einige Pakete. Eines kam vom britischen Onlineshop Ego. Neben zwei Paar Verkenne-Stiefeln, bekam ich die tollen Stiefeletten in Wildlederimitat. ich trug sie oft die letzte Woche, vor allem weil sie echt bequem sind. Selbst dem Schnee haben sie recht gut standgehalten. Danke an diese Stelle nochmal an Ego für die tollen neuen Schuhe!
Pläne: Abgesehen davon, dass ich einen Berg von Emails beantworten und Arbeit erledige muss, die während der Fashion Week vernachlässigt wurde, nutze ich diese Woche um Freunde zu treffen. Außerdem geht es für mich morgen Abend auf ein Event mit Puma, wo es natürlich um Sport geht. Es sollte wirklich ein interessanter Abend werden. Ich freue mich vor allem aber auf meine liebe Freundin Anja, die aus der Schweiz da sein wird. Auch freue ich mich auf das Workout mit Lena Gercke. Dieses Wochenende ist meine Schwester auch wieder aus London da, yay. Fun times! Was sind eure Pläne für den Rest der Woche und das Wochenende?
