Happy Weekend loves! Today I'm sharing my love for comfy shoes with you. On weekends I do enjoy walking around the city, enjoying my coffee fix and of course taking phototgraphs. Naturally I need comfortable shoes that I can walk miles in. Literally. My current favorite go-to flats are my black Penny Loafers by GANT Footwear.
They were super popular in the 30s and I do get why. Although this particular style was originally made for men, I really find delight in the masculine twist. GANT has newly interpreted the loafer while maintaining its classic design, and this with success. A beautiful shoe made of amazing leather with a perfect fit. Do you currently have a favorite pair of shoes?

DE: Es geht doch nicht über ein bequemes Paar Schuhe. Endlich ist das Wochenende da und das heißt für mich wieder ganz viel Entspannung. Ich gehe am Wochenende immer sehr gerne in der Stadt spazieren, trinke Kaffee mit Freunden und mache dabei natürlich Bilder für euch. Daher ist ein bequemes Paar Schuhe, welches ich vielseitig kombinieren kann, sehr wichtig. Zurzeit greife ich am liebsten zu meinen Penny Loafers von GANT Footwear. Diese sind nicht nur bequem, sondern überzeugen auch mit ihrem klassischen Design, das ehemals ein Herrenmodell war. Genau das mag ich an dem Schuh, und die Neuinterpretation von GANT gefällt mir persönlich supertoll. Ich wünsche Euch ein tolles Wochenende. Habt Ihr derzeit einen Lieblingsschuh?

NYFW Favorite: Tommy Hilfiger SS16

Even though I do follow what's going on during crazy Fashion Month, I hardly ever post any catwalk looks here on Minnie Knows. But Tommy Hilfiger SS16 was so amazing I just had to share it with you. It was by far one of my favorite collections, along with Tibi and 3.1 Philip Lim.
So I picked my favorite looks to are with you. I really love the african influences. I mean look at those prints and how they've been mixed. So fun and wearable. I adore all looks! DE: Obwohl ich sehr gerne Catwalk Shows im Rahmen des Fashion Week Monats anschaue, teile ich selten die Bilder auf Minnie Knows, genauso wenig wie Lookbooks. Dieses Mal jedoch konnte ich nicht anders. Die Tommy Hilfeger SS16 Show war einfach toll! Neben Tibi und 3.1 Philip Lim hat mir diese Frühjahr/Sommer-Kollektion am besten gefallen. Die afrikanischen Einflüsse haben es mir einfach angetan. Die Prints, die kräftigen Farben und vor allem der Mix machen diese Kollektion einfach supercool und durchaus tragbar. Hat Season

Autumn is here you guys! What better way to celebrate the new season (which is on of my faves after summer), than gearing up with some new fedora hats. I love autumn because it's the time of the year when I can wear layers and most importantly fedora hats.
They are my absolute favorite accessory to rock on chilly days. I think they can really spice up an outfit no matter how casual you look or on the other hand make you look super cool even when wearing a dress or skirt. DE: Der Herbst ist definitiv in Berlin angekommen! Wie kann man ihn besser willkommen heißen als mit einigen Neuzugängen an coolen Hüten? Ich liebe den Herbst ja fast so sehr wie den Sommer. Im Herbst kann man einfach den Zwiebellook rocken und vor allem ganz viele Hüte tragen. Und ich liebe Hüte einfach! Ich finde sie können einem lässigen Outfit das gewisse Etwas geben, während sie einem schicken Look einen coolen Touch verleihen. Da ich schon wieder auf der Suche nach einem neuem Begleiter für diesen Herbst bin, habe ich euch einige Optionen verlinkt, die ich auf Esprit gefunden habe!
