Blogger Bazaar Loft

This event/project aka every Fashion Bloggers dream, was by far the best happening during Berlin Fashion Week! The Loft was located in Berlin Mitte, in the midst of the beautiful Gorki Apartments around Rosenthaler Platz. I headed there on Wednesday with the lovely Vanessa from Midnight Couture, as mentioned in the previous article. First, let me tell you about the location: we had two penthouse suites for ourselves and enjoyed a stunning view from the fifth floor. The view was only topped by the lush interior of this massive place. I literally contemplated moving in haha Apart from a walk-in closet with gorgeous items by Filippa K, I got pampered with cosmetics by Smashbox and those in need of a new blow dry, fresh curls or similar, were taken care of by the talented guys of Bumble and Bulmble. Other partners included The Frank Juice, Olympus and Zign. I was very much spoiled - so thanks to the amazing Blogger Bazaar girls! It was delightful.

DE: Dieses super coole Projekt der Blogger Bazaar Girls, Tanja, Lisa und Lena, war wohl das tollste Geschehen während der gesamten Fashion Week in Berlin. Das Blogger Bazar Loft war der Traum eines jeden Fashion Bloggers, in der wohl stressigsten Zeit des Jahres. Ich traf Vanessa von Midnight Couture in Mitte und gemeinsam machten wir uns auf den Wed zu den Gorki Apartments in der Nähe vom Rosenthaler Platz. Die Location war einfach der Hammer, der Blick aus dem Penthaus im fünften Stockwerk war einmalig. Zwei Penthaus Suiten standen uns, samt Personal verschiedener Partner zu Verfügung. Wir wurden geschminkt, frisiert, gefüttert und bei Bedarf, vom berühmten Streetstyle Fotografen The Urbanspotter fotografiert! Tolle Partner wie Filippa K, Smashbox, Bumble and Bumble, The Frank Juice, Zign und Olympus versüßten uns den Tag. Danke für ein wirklich fabelhaftes Event. Ich hatte eine Menge Spaß!

Orange is the new Black

Hi guys! This is one of my favourite Outfits during Berlin Fashion Week so far. I haven't been wearing a lot of heeled shoes this time, but as I told you earlier, this season has been my least favourite. Anyways, I met up with lovely Vanessa from the amazing Blog Midnight Couture (who also shot these great photos of my outfit) and we headed to the Blogger Bazaar Loft I told you about yesterday! It was the most amazing event during BFW, honestly. I met so many cool people, other bloggers and of course my favourite three ladies, who organised the whole event. What happened in the Loft will be told in an upcoming post. But first here is what I wore:

De: "Orange is the new Black" - welch passender Titel der Kultserie für meinen heutigen Artikel zum gestrigen Outfit für die Berliner Fashion Week! Wie ich euch schon erzählt habe, bin ich von dieser Saison überhaupt nicht begeistert. Gestern ließ ich daher alle Shows ausfallen die auf dem Plan standen.  Lieber traf ich mich mit Vanessa, vom tollen Blog Midnight Couture! Sie war auch so lieb gleich mal mein Outfit für euch abzulichten. Ich muss schon sagen, dieses ist bisher mein liebstes Outfit während der Fashion Week. Gestern durften wir uns dann abseits vom ganzen Trubel am Zelt, von Haar- und Make-Up Stylisten im Blogger Bazaar Loft verwöhnen lassen. Mehr dazu aber im nächsten Artikel. Wir hatten jedenfalls eine menge Spaß, haben coole neue Leute getroffen und die Mädels von BB, die alles organisiert haben, wieder gesehen. Alles in allem, ein super tolles und sehr gelungenes Event! Morgen neigt sich die Fashion Week schon dem Ende zu. Ich werde mittags noch beim Fashion Blogger Café vorbeischauen und dann habe ich auch diese Saison 'gut' überstanden! Ich wünsche euch allen einen schönen Abend.

Minnie Knows for Herz und Blut continues

MK x HuB. I had to postpone the article I had scheduled for today, just because I couldn't wait to share my latest mini collab with Jules! We literally spend 5 minutes shooting these photos but I still quite like them, simply because I love how Jules uses the VSCO camera app on photos. I met up with Jules to actually pick up a camera for the Fashion Week madness that was about to take place, and while at it, we decided to shoot a  little streetsyle. It's just a couple of photos but quality over quantity right?

Minnie Knows for Herz und Blut continues

We literally spend 5 minutes shooting these photos but I still quite like them, simply because I love how Jules uses the VSCO camera app on photos. Berlin Fashion Week Day 1

MBFW Day 1. Here is the promised recap on my first day at Berlin Fashion Week. I wore a rather simple outfit because I was supposed to spend the whole first day backstage with my girl Athina. I didn't quite like the full body shots we took, so this time only detail shots, which I think came out very well. 

This was actually the second day of Berlin Fashion Week, but I had to skip the first day due to our amazing Blogger Bazaar which you will read about tomorrow! 

We went to a number of shows including Minx by Eva Lutz, Bagaz and Marcel Ostertag (more on these tomorrow though), but my favorite was definitely Ep_anoui by Eva Poleschinski. I loved the monochrome agenda, it simply had something timeless, chic and very elegant. I always enjoy the more wearable collections that are not over the top but still have a little twist to them - like the gorgeous cape in the last photo and the funky accessories. Simply stunning right?

I just got back to London today. Pretty exhausted but so thankful and feeling super blessed for all the amazing people in my life and opportunities this blog and you guys who read it has brought me.

LFW: Throwback Monday, yes not Thursday!

FW Throwback - After constantly reading, hearing and of course seeing all the        amazing news about Fashion Week in New York, London and Milan I just couldnt't help myself (primarily because I'm still so depressed I couldn't make it to Milan this time although I was invited and looking forward to it for ages) to post one of my favourite outfits during FW in London AW12. I had to make this depressing time somehow right. Actually, now I kind of realize it only makes me more sad browsing through my photos, because LFW was so amazing and I had the best time at Somerset House! Anyway I will do my best to attend again next year :) Until then, what do you think of my outfit for day?....ermm I actually forgot what day of LFW that was! Ha

p.s. Next up, STREETSTYLES. Why I haven't written a post about it yet you ask? No idea.

NEW YORK FASHION WEEK September 2012

NYFW - It was that time of the year again! After Vogue Fashion's Night Out we all were excited about Fashion Week. The ultimate of course in New York, had to be looked upon closely to get the new trends and see the worlds best designers collections. I did not make it this time but still want to share with you (thanks to my fellow bloggers and Vogue.de) my 3 favourite designers and their SS13 collections! 

NYFW - Und schon wieder war es an der Zeit! Nach der Vogue Fashion's Night Out, hat mal schon ganz gespannt auf den Start der Fashion Week gewartet. Die Ultimative, natürlich in New York wurde von allen Augen weltweit betrachtet. Man war gespannt auf neue Trends und die tollen Kollektionen der großen Designer. Ich konnte leider nicht dabei sein, aber dank meiner super Blogger Kollegen und Vogue.de, kann ich mit euch meine 3 Lieblingsdesigner und ihre jeweiligen Kollektionen für SS13 teilen! 

OSCAR DE LA RENTA - My absolute favourite this year, again! So classy, with embellisehd details in the delicate gowns.

  

2. Michael Kors  - not only because I love his waches haha MK this year was all about vibrant, bold colours with print accents, stripes, golden details and as you can tell sixties silhouettes! I mostly like the finale that was dominated by black long, beautiful dresses.

3. Proenza Shouler - This SS13 collection was covered by complex looks that somehow reminded me of a science fiction movie haha weird?
