Goldie London SS13

Goldie London. Okay for sure one of my favourite Lookbooks so far: The new Goldie London collection Endless Summer is available and I not only love the pieces of the collection but more so the gorgeous photographs. The East London based womenswear fashion brand was founded by Michelle Goldie and is for the cool girl; 'young, flirty and fun' , as described by Drapers Magazine. It is not only oh so beautiful but very affordable.
Goldie London.

LFW: ORLA KIELY

Orla Kiely. When I entered the rooms of the Lester Elms Gallery I was taken back in time. A time where typing writers and corded telephones were common. The 50's/60's I suppose were the theme of the new Orla Kiely collection this season. The movie 'Catch me if you can' popped up in my head when I observed the adorable show set. Not only because I adore Leonardo DiCaprio guys...really! The presentation and retro show space was actually based on the movie 'The best of everything' - but I was close right? I covered the presentation for the lovely guys of Stylight.co.uk. I loved the bright colors the collection revolved around. Made me believe that Spring or Summer are not too far away now!The collection overall was too girly for my liking, but I really enjoyed the very original presentation. Models walking around in an office, typing, phoning, chatting - work atmosphere as you would imagine in the 50's including a catwalk from time to time! If that is not original then what is? All in all, a great experience. I met amazing people, got to chat with the sweetest Model I've met so far, not that I have met loads but still was nice to speak about the collection with one who actually presented it.

Orla Kiely.

{OOTD} LFW DAY 4

Zara Coat/ Matchesfashion Tee/Primark Skirt&Heels/Vintage Bag/H&M Sunnies/New Look Necklace

DAY 4. The probably shortest FW day for me was the last day. Edeline Lee and Emilio de la Morena were on the agenda. The weather yet again, quite sunny and great for taking photos. Unfortunately Vani and I did not have the same shows that day, plus I had to be in Uni after the last show so she could not take my photos. So what did I do you ask? Well, I met a fashion student around Somerset House and asked her to take photos for me! She did quite a good job, don't you think? For the last day I went for a pencil skirt and tee combination! I must admit I love pencil skirts. Especially this season I thought they were a must for every Fashion Week.
They can easily be styled very ladylike with e.g. paired with a blouse and blazer, but I prefer the 'cool chic'! A simple tee, some statement piece, necklace or big earrings and normally a beanie, preferably neon colored (HERE). For my last look I kept it pretty simple though, in black and white!

TAG 4.

LFW {OOTD}: THE RED PANTS

Zara Coat/H&M Blazer and Pants/Hermes Style Bag/Primark Heels/Ifeelused Sunnies/New Look Necklace

LFW OOTD 3. As London Fashion Week continued, I found myself wearing more outfits with trousers than skirts or dresses. Completely different to Fashion Week in Berlin, even though we had way better weather here. I guess, it's just the comfort you have wearing pants that made me more keen on them. Especially considering how windy London always is, and with always I really mean ALWAYS! It's great not to have to worry whether the hem of your dress will be disturbed by the wind and expose what you'd rather leave in the dark haha Anyway, these red pants are a recent H&M purchase. Not only are they super comfy and have the most vibrant red color, but  make you look like you made a big effort choosing your outfit, even if you didn't! Not that I haven't done so though.... :D  I matched them with my amazing custom made MinnieKnows shirt, my unbelievably comfortable Primark heels and a black H&M Blazer (that you can't really see with the coat on). I'm also wearing my gorgeous new New Look spike necklace and the 'uber' cool Ifeelusedvintage sunnies!

The third day of  London Fashion Week was especially exciting because I was invited to the super pretty Grazia House at Matches to hear 3 amazing fellow blogger ladies speak about their experience with blogging and how they got started and all. I really looked forward to that because the Blogger Master class panel included Sandra from 5inchandup, whose blog I have been following for quite some time now. It was lovely to meet her, she is the sweetest girl and her advice was actually really helpful. It was also great to be there with my sweet Marie, whom I work with at RewardStyle now. Even though I suddenly felt really sick before the end of the panel, I got better and managed to go to Somerset House from there to see the Christina Sabaiduc presentation. My day ended at about 2pm, which I was quite happy about to be honest. I finally caught up on some sleep and was ready for the next day!

LFW OOTD 3.

PRE LFW: URBAN PARADISE SHOW

PRE LFW. Before London Fashion Week kicked off on Friday, I was happy to receive and invitation to the Urban Paradise show by the Fashion students at Middlesex University, which was sponsored by Topman. Let's say: Rihanna meets Rita Ora meets Santigold! Check out the collection! I simply loved it. The vibrant colour accents, the combination of cropped tees and skirts and let us not forget to dwell on the cool sneakers and Doc Martins. Who needs high heels to make a statement huh?

I fand sie super.

LFW DAY 1: All white everything!

Principles Petite Blazer(similar here)/Zara Knit(similar here)/H&M Pants&Sunnies/Primark Heels/Hermes Style Bag(similar here)/Fossil Watch
LFW DAY 1. Day one of London Fashion Week kicked off with the Zoe Jordan show, early at 10 in the morning! Despite being really tired (even though I went to bed early the night before *cough* *cough*), I was really looking forward to Fashion Week here, because I wasn't around  last season! I had a lot of shows to go to which was quite stressful but fun, especially because us bloggers had a Refuel Room to go to at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in between shows.

The Refuel Room was organised by the lovely guys of New Look and Muse.TV! We were well fed, had the opportunity to get our hair and make up done, and even our eyebrows and eyelashes. Plus lots of drinks, healthy shakes and bubble tea! The weather was great by the way - thank god! I could walk around in my outfit without the coat - but for the photos' sake I put it on of course :D I opted for an all white outfit and gave it a little but of colour with my all time favourite Hermes Style bag!  I am so in love with my photos taken by the lovely Vani from Chopstick Panorama my partner in crime this London Fashion Week!

LFW TAG 1.

RIVER ISLAND HIGH SUMMER PRESS DAY

RI PRESS DAY. Yesterday I was invited to the very enjoyable press day of River Island! Even though I like getting invited to these events, going alone, not knowing anyone there (except the press contact) always kind of puts me off. Anyway as I love having first hand material of new collections for you guys, I of course always attend these events. River Island made things for me so much easier -  not only great music as usual, but lovely nibbles and amazing company. I spoke to quite a few people and had fun listening to Zoe spinning the records for us. It felt like Ibiza drinking cocktails out of pineapples and eating yummy ice cream! A party rather than a press day huh? :D

I loved the colorful new SS13 pieces for girls, as well as for the men out there. They were very fun to check out and I am more the person that loves wearing bright and bold colors, the collection was definitely for me! My favorites were the shoes above - loved the lime ones left the most. I will def buy those once they come to the stores!
Which is your favorite piece posted here and why?

RI PRESS DAY.
